Ornate Elephant Cotton Tapestry – Rainbow Tie-Dye on Black

A single, superb elephant filling the whole cloth: ears spread wide, tusks curving low, every surface packed with fine zentangle linework – knots, feathers, petals and spirals. Behind the black ground, the tie-dye burns through in gold, coral, magenta and turquoise.

Hand dyed and screen printed in India on lightweight 100% cotton. The dye is worked by hand, so the colours land differently on every piece.
